About these terms
This page sets out the agreement between you and Débora Dourado (operating as Endometriosis Reset Method, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands) when you visit this website, book a discovery call, or work with me through the 12-week program.
By using this site or booking a call, you confirm that you have read and accept what's written here. If anything below feels unclear, write to me. I'd rather over-explain than leave anything ambiguous.
What I do (and what I don't)
I am a recovery coach. I work with women living with endometriosis to support nutrition, lifestyle, nervous-system regulation, and sustainable daily structure. I share what worked for me and what I've studied since.
I am not a medical doctor, gynaecologist, dietitian, clinical psychologist, or licensed therapist. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing I share is intended to replace medical care.
Not medical advice
The content of this website, the discovery call, and the 12-week program is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as such.
You agree to:
- Continue working with your medical team for diagnosis, treatment, and any pharmacological care.
- Tell your doctor about meaningful changes in nutrition, supplementation, or lifestyle that you adopt during the program.
- Stop any practice immediately and consult a medical professional if anything causes harm or distress.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing fertility treatment, or recovering from surgery, please tell me on the discovery call so we can take that into account.
Booking & calls
The discovery call is free and lasts approximately fifteen minutes. It is intended to help us decide together whether the Reset Method is a good fit. There is no commitment.
If you cannot attend a scheduled call, please write to me at least 12 hours in advance so I can offer the slot to someone else. If a call is missed without notice more than once, I may decline to reschedule.
The 12-week program
The Reset Method is a personalised twelve-week program. It is structured around three pillars (nourish, regulate, return) and adapted in detail to your body, history, lifestyle, and capacity.
It typically includes:
- An intake intensive at the start of the work;
- Weekly or bi-weekly video sessions with me;
- Personalised nutritional and lifestyle guidance;
- Asynchronous support between sessions, within reasonable hours;
- A personal protocol you keep at the end of the twelve weeks.
Specific deliverables, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed in your individual agreement before the program begins.
Payments
Program fees are quoted in EUR and may be paid via secure online checkout (Stripe), bank transfer (including Wise), or other means agreed in advance.
Where payment plans are offered, the schedule is set out in your individual agreement. Late payments may pause the program until the account is brought current.
I do not store card details. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider under their own terms and security standards.
Refunds
Because the program is highly personalised and time-blocked specifically for you, refunds for completed sessions are not generally offered.
Within the first 14 days of beginning the program, if it becomes clear that the work isn't right for you, please write to me. I will review the situation in good faith and we will reach a fair outcome, typically a partial refund proportional to the work delivered.
If I am unable to continue the program for reasons on my side (illness, unforeseen leave), I will refund any unused portion in full.
Privacy
Information you submit through the booking form (name, email, country, what you choose to share about your history) is used only to schedule your call, to prepare for it, and to write back to you. It is stored privately and never sold or shared with third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find their way here (page views, country, device, referring source). No advertising or remarketing tags run on the site, and no information is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via the banner on your first visit; if you decline, only anonymous, aggregated signals are recorded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
You may at any time request that I delete the information you have shared by writing to info@endometriosisresetmethod.com.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with me on a discovery call or during the program is confidential. I do not discuss client details with third parties and I do not publish quotes, stories, or images about a client without their explicit written permission.
Confidentiality may be set aside only if I believe in good faith that you are at imminent risk of serious harm, or where I am legally required to disclose information.
Intellectual property
The Reset Method, the materials I share with you (workbooks, protocols, audio guides, written notes), and the content of this website are mine and are protected by copyright. They are licensed for your personal use only.
Please do not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them. If you'd like to share something with a friend, send her this site. I'd love to meet her.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the program. My total liability under any individual program agreement is limited to the amount you have paid me for that program.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Substantive changes that affect existing clients will also be communicated by email.
